All paid Airbrake plans work on a monthly billing cycle, and the prices shown on this page reflect the monthly costs of using the service.

Upgrade or Downgrade Anytime

Once you signup you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. The new charge will take effect on your next billing. If you cancel your account, we'll never bill you again. We don't pro-rate partial months, and we cannot issue refunds for partial or previous months.

Airbrake in your datacenter

Have concerns about data privacy and ownership, security, performance, etc? We are pleased to offer a solution for these scenarios.

With a self-hosted Airbrake plan, you will receive a full copy of the source code, and permission to host your own Airbrake installation for as many of your own applications as you like. You can’t redistribute the code, but there are no limits on users, projects, bandwidth or error rate. Of course, since you host the application, your installation will enjoy the same first class IT support that your team provides to your own applications.

There is a yearly license cost and per-incident support cost for Airbrake.
